I have a monthly membership, will this be frozen while you are shut?
All memberships will be frozen with no fee.
Will I be charged if my monthly membership is frozen?
There will be no charge.
Is there any way that I can continue to pay for my monthly membership, to support Dacorum Sports Trust as it is a local charity?

I have an annual membership, will I be refunded for the months that you are closed?
We will roll your membership forward when we re-open.
How long will you be closed for?
Unfortunately we can not give a time-frame. We will respond to Government guidelines.
I have just cancelled my membership but you stated that will charge me for the following month, it is now closed, so what will happen?
We are waiting for our Collection Agency to confirm how this will operate.
