FREE USE OF OUR GYM ALL WEEK
18th September is National Fitness Day! Anyone who wants to see what its like using The Gym can do so for free 16th – 22nd September! We want to help as many people as possible get into fitness and start their journey to a healthier life. All we ask is an optional donation to the Absolutely Together if you can.
Fun Challenges raising money for Absolutely Together
Help us put smiles on the faces of disabled children and their families, while having fun at the same time. We are running exciting challenges in our gyms all week, with exciting prizes to be won. Donate a small amount to take part and you could be a winner!

Who are we?
We are Our Gym! a charity-owned fitness facilities in Hemel Hempstead. As part of the Absolutely Together charity all our profits go towards putting smiles on the faces of disabled children and their families. Our programmes provide free leisure opportunities to some of the most neglected groups in our community, and just by joining Our Gym you will be helping families of disabled children have fun in safe and exciting places.
