James Arnott – Gym Manager & Para Athlete

I’ve been in the gym industry for 4 years now and have gained a lot of experience throughout my roles which hopefully I can bring into Our Gym and make it better than ever! Aside from gym, I train full time as a Para Athlete in the 100/200m. I have been fortunate enough to represent Great Britain at the highest level, on multiple occasions at different international competitions. In August 2022 I will be representing Team England in the Commonwealth Games. The drive and passion for my running has 100% helped me steer that into the management side of a gym, always striving to make improvements for everyone in order to chase their dreams of fitness.

Dawid Dudek – Duty Manager

My journey in the fitness industry started 2.5 years ago as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. Being a fitness instructor for that duration of time has given me insights to teaching people of all shapes, sizes, ages and genders. Over time I learnt how to adjust a tempo of a session and gauge their level of ability. Picking up experience from these classes aided my ability to deliver a PT session, whilst having a tailored touch. My experience and knowledge of competitive powerlifting will be bought into every class that I deliver. This will be my first dive into the management side of the industry, and working alongside James will give me a big push.
