Jo is a Level 2 and 3 qualified Personal Trainer with vast experience in her chosen fields. Having competed for Watford in middle-distance track and swimming, Jo became an exponent of Tae Kwon Do at an early age, achieving a 1st Dan Black Belt in the process.

About Vincent:

When I was younger I was always being called “skinny Vinnie”. I joined a gym when I was 22 as I decided to make a change in my life. I got into weight training and it quickly became my hobby and passion as I continued to pick my weight up adding over 14KG of muscle mass.

After this accomplishment I decided to do a PT course so that I can help educate others who are looking for advice or personal training to reach their goals. I am committed to improving health and fitness around me and always furthering my own knowledge in the fitness industry. This lead to me becoming an expert in strength and conditioning as well as weight management. I have a great passion for powerlifting and strength training and competed in a powerlifting competition in August 2017.
