Jo is a Level 2 and 3 qualified Personal Trainer with vast experience in her chosen fields. Having competed for Watford in middle-distance track and swimming, Jo became an exponent of Tae Kwon Do at an early age, achieving a 1st Dan Black Belt in the process.

About Vincent:

When I was younger I was always being called “skinny Vinnie”. I joined a gym when I was 22 as I decided to make a change in my life. I got into weight training and it quickly became my hobby and passion as I continued to pick my weight up adding over 14KG of muscle mass.

After this accomplishment I decided to do a PT course so that I can help educate others who are looking for advice or personal training to reach their goals.
