I am a member of REPs UK as a Level 2 Fitness instructor and a Level 3 Personal Trainer. I started my fitness journey after a major car crash in 1998. Prior to my health kick, I had let myself go and I was nearly 18 stone in weight with a 48” waist. Over the years through hard work, commitment and ongoing learning I have significantly lowered not just my body weight, but also changed my body composition and lowered my body fat percentage.

About Naz:

Exercise hasn’t always been my passion. For the majority of my late teenage years and early twenties I was overweight, and I wasn’t happy about it. I had tried everything to lose weight but nothing I did helped me shift the pounds – and more importantly – keep them off.

After a particularly difficult year at university, I made the conscious decision to change the way I trained and the way I ate. I set a goal for myself to be better than I had been, to train smarter and to eat better. Gradually, I transitioned to a vegan diet for health reasons and only exercised using my bodyweight. At first, I did this at home, but through HIIT and strength exercises I quickly gained muscle whilst losing the body fat that I’d always wanted to. I then joined Our Gym in 2018 and began to incorporate weights back into my routine. Fast forward to today; now I focus on being as strong, fit and functional as possible – all the while remaining mobile and flexible!

Together we will perform exercises that will not only strengthen your muscles, torch fat and improve your cardio, but they’ll also allow you to become more in tune with how your body was designed to move. Lift with me. HIIT with me. Stretch with me. Flow with me!
