About Sam:

Jo is a Level 2 and 3 qualified Personal Trainer with vast experience in her chosen fields. Having competed for Watford in middle-distance track and swimming, Jo became an exponent of Tae Kwon Do at an early age, achieving a 1st Dan Black Belt in the process.

After completing her Level 3 Personal Training qualifications, Jo meshed this applied knowledge of physiology, nutrition, fitness testing and programming to her own goals, losing 4-and-a-half stones (29kg) within a couple of years; nobody will understand or guide your fitness journey better!
