From the centre of Hemel Hempstead, follow St Albans Rd / A414 past two roundabouts. Turn left into Leverstock Green Road, then turn right into Wood Lane End. Mark Road is the 4th turning on the left and Our Gym is situated towards the end of the road on the left hand side.
From the M1, follow the A414 Breakspear Way towards Hemel Hempstead town centre. At the second roundabout, turn right into Maylands Avenue. At the traffic lights, turn left into Wood Lane End and take the first right into Mark Road. Our Gym is situated towards the end of the road on the left hand side.

Who are we?
Dacorum Sports Trust is an innovative, community-focused charity committed to making a positive impact on the health and wellbeing of our community. Any surplus that is made is reinvested into facilities and the local community.
We have been a charitable trust since 2004 and have been at the forefront of sport and leisure in Dacorum, Hertfordshire. We run Little Hay Golf Complex, Our Gym, and XC, an extreme sports centre in Jarman Park, Hemel Hempstead.
